Natus Vincere along with Astralis won on Tuesday to proceed in the second stage of the ESL Pro League Season 11’s European competition.
Navi had its final match of stage 1 with Team Fnatic. The first match was played on Overpass, picked up by Fnatic. Defeating them by 16-10 on it. Next match was played on Dust2, picked up by Team Navi. Both teams were head to head till 11-11 score but ultimately won by Natus Vincere by 16-12. With this win, the team has topped the table of Group B advancing them to the next stage of the league.
Fnatic and Forze will play a decider match to make their way into Stage 2 of the European region. Stage 1 of Group C will be starting from March 26th consisting of six teams i.e. Faze Clan, G2 esports, mousesports, OG, Tyloo, Virtus pro.
The ESL Pro League was due to be held in Malta, with 24 Counter-Strike teams to compete for the $750,000 prize pool. But the league got cancelled due to Conornavirus pandemic. Instead, the league got split into two regions i.e. Europe and North America. In total 18 teams are participating in the Europe region and 6 teams for the North America region.
The North American field will begin play from March 26, but the European tournament started from March 16.
