M4 World Championship Knockout Stage Day 7: Results
1st Match: FALCON ESPORTS VS RRQ HOSHI
The first series of the day between RRQ and Falcon was quite intense. RRQ secured the first two matches and looked poised to clean-sweep their opponents. But Falcon bounced back by winning back-to-back matches and equalizing the score.
But Falcon got crushed in the decider game 5. RRQ completely dominated them to win the series and move further in the Lower Bracket.
2nd Match: THE VALLEY VS ONIC ESPORTS
While the North American representatives started off the series on a strong note by taking the first game, they were not able to keep up their momentum. ONIC countered their playstyle in the upcoming games, winning 3 matches consecutively.
It was ONIC’s jungler CW who helped his team dominate the opponents and secure leads, ultimately converting them into victories.
