M4 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP KNOCKOUT STAGE DAY 6
1st Match: THE VALLEY VS RRQ AKIRA
In the first series of the day, Valley and RRQ Akira faced off against each other. It seemed as if the North American representatives were more prepared as they were able to win their matches quite convincingly to register a 3-1 win. RRQ Akira was only able to get a single win that too by extending the game until 20 minutes.
Valley’s exp laner FwydChickn can be hailed as the MVP of the series. He completely dominated the Brazilian team during team fights in the third and fourth games.

2nd Match: ONIC ESPORTS VS ECHO
It was another iconic Indo vs Filipino matchup with ONIC and ECHO duking it out against one another. While ECHO took the first game to take a lead, ONIC equalized by winning the second game.
But it was not enough as ECHO once again recovered their momentum by securing back-to-back 2 games and winning the series 3-1. It was their exp laner Sanford who shined in every game to help his team advance to the next level.
Unfortunately for RRQ Akira, their journey in M4 World Championship ends after today’s loss. Meanwhile, ONIC Esports and The Valley will face off against each other in the Lower Bracket to stay alive. In the Upper Bracket, both Filipino teams, Blacklist International and ECHO, will compete for the M4 Grand Finals spot.
