Ludwig Swatted: Famous Twitch streamer, Ludwig describes property damage from a recent police swatting incident – Swatting incidents have become common when it comes to influential streamers whose homes are being raided by police. Recently, Ludwig became a victim of swatting which he later spoke about in detail in his live stream. The highlight of the entire incident was Ludwig revealing the awful damage in his house after an LAPD cop allegedly fell through the roof while being swatted.
Usually, police raids result from hoax calls, which frequently claim that a streamer’s residence is the scene of a hostage situation or other emergency. The same happened at Ludwig’s place when he was busy participating in a live chess match when SWAT officers searched the house.

In one podcast by The Yard, Ludwig and others provide details about the incident and Falco shared a picture and video of the same. The roof above their stairway has a sizable hole in the video, and their floor is covered in debris. Ludwig continued by saying that while he was in a police vehicle, policemen approached him and asked him to fill out a form so they could file a claim for damages after they “fallen through the roof.”
Earlier in his stream, Ludwig, who was rather annoyed by the incident said, “As you can see, I’m not too shaken up. Maybe a little bit of adrenaline. Generally, I’m pretty fine. The initial part is kind of scary, but then it’s quickly overwhelmed with the annoying feelings, a sense of annoyment.”
Ludwig also seemed upset as the authorities don’t call him beforehand for hoax calls are quite common these days. He noted that the event took the police about 55 minutes, but that it went fast because there were only two people home, including himself. When Ludwig has been swatted in the past, it took longer since more people were home, which made dealing with the police more challenging.
