LoL Worlds 2022: LCO, LJL, and LPL regions finalize their 2022 League of Legends World Championship spots – The LPL regional qualifiers concluded today, along with the summer splits of various regions. Thus, we now have three more teams that have qualified for the League of Legends 2022 World Championship. Let us take a look at the latest teams that have made it.

Royal Never Give Up: LPL fourth seed
Royal Never Give Up (RNG) competed against LNG Esports for the LPL fourth seed spot. Both teams gave their all and fans got a Silver Scrapes series between them.
It was RNG who came out on top of LNG and qualify for the LoL Worlds 2022. As the fourth seed from the LPL region, they will be placed in the Play-In stage of the tournament.

DetonatioN FocusMe: LJL winner
When it comes to Japan, only one League of Legends team has been representing this region lately on the international stage. The team is DetonatioN FocusMe (DFM) and they have yet again booked their spot in Worlds this year.
DFM defeated Sengoku Gaming in the 2022 LJL Summer grand finals to win the title as well as qualify for World Championship. They will have to fight on the Play-In stage and perform well if they want to qualify for the Group Stage.

Chiefs Esports Club: LCO winner
From the Oceanic region, it is team Chief Esports Club that has qualified for the 2022 World Championship. They beat team Pentanet.GG in the grand finals of the LCO Split 2 2022.
Apart from winning the regional title, Chief Esports has also made it to the Play-In stage of the Worlds tournament.
With these three new teams, the total tally of teams that have qualified for LoL Worlds 2022 is 22. Thus, only 2 more teams remain to make it to the largest League of Legends tournament of the year.
