Yuumi is a good enchanter support champion as her abilities allow her to do everything. From providing shields, heals, and buffs to an ally to damaging and crowd-controlling enemy champions, she can do it all.
BOP ‘N’ BLOCK (PASSIVE)
Periodically, when Yuumi attacks a champion, she restores mana and gains a shield that follows her. It protects her and the ally to whom she is attached.
PROWLING PROJECTILE
Yuumi fires a missile which deals damage to the first target hit by it. This ability deals bonus damage and slows if it takes at least 1 second to reach its target. If Yuumi is attached to an ally, the missile can be controlled with the player’s cursor.
YOU AND ME!
Passively, Yuumi increases her ally’s Adaptive Force and her own. Actively, Yuumi dashes to a selected ally and attaches herself to them. She becomes untargetable from now on and only turret shots can hit her in this state.
ZOOMIES
This ability heals Yuumi and boosts her Movement Speed and Attack Speed. If she is attached to an ally, they will get these buffs instead.
FINAL CHAPTER
Yuumi channels seven waves of damage from the Book of Thresholds. Anyone gets rooted by it if they are hit by three or more waves. While the ability is being channeled, Yuumi can also move, attach to an allied champion, or cast Zoomies.

BUILD
Boots of Swiftness or
Ionian Boots of Lucidity
Depending upon your play style as a support, you can pick one of the two boots mentioned above. Go for Boots of Swiftness if you like to roam the Summoner’s Rift and provide support in other locations. Ionian Boots of Lucidity is better when you are sticking to your bottom lane. The reduction in cooldowns will allow you to help your ADC more frequently. You can upgrade them into a Locket Enchant that provides additional shielding to multiple allies or Reedming Enchant for an additional area of effect healing.
Ardent Censer
Yuumi gets +60 ability power, +10 ability haste, and +250 health. The Ardent passive provides +5% movement speed. The Censer passive is triggered when Yuumi heals or shields an allied champion. It provides 10%-30% bonus attack speed and Yuumi’s basic attack deals 16-30 bonus magic damage for 6 seconds. Regeneration effects do not trigger this passive.
Harmonic Echo
It gives +75 ability power, +10 ability haste, and +300 mana to Yuumi. The Harmonic Echo passive allows Yuumi to build Harmony by moving and casting abilities. At 100 Harmony, Yuumi’s next healing or shielding ability on an ally restores 70 (+10% AP) health to them and up to 3 such nearby allied champions.
Protector’s Vow
It gives +350 health, +10 ability haste, and +40 armor to Yuumi. The Protector passive raises Yuumi’s Guard when next to an allied champion. If she or the ally take damage from a champion, monster, or turret, both receive a 125 (+ 20% bonus health) (+ 15% AP) shield and 20% bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds (it has a 30-second cooldown).
Zeke’s Convergence
Yuumi gets +10 ability haste, +150 mana, +40 armor, and +40 magic resistance for it. Its passive Harbinger gets triggered when Yuumi casts her ultimate. It provides buffs for allies and debuffs for enemies for 10 seconds. Yuumi is surrounded with a 300 range Frost storm which slows enemies within it by 20%, and your ally’s basic attacks burn their target with Fire dealing 30% bonus magic damage over 2 seconds. It prioritizes the highest attack damage ally. The next passive Frostfire Covenant becomes active when an is struck by both Frost and Fire from the Harbinger passive and becomes Frostfire. A Frostfire storm deals 60 magic damage per second to nearby enemies and slows them by 50% instead for 3 seconds.
Staff of Flowing Water
It gives +65 ability power, +20 ability haste, and +350 mana to Yuumi. Its passive Rapids is triggered when Yuumi heals or shields an ally. This passive grants Yuumi and the ally +20 ability haste and +20 − 40 (based on target’s level) ability power for 4 seconds.
This is the build that beginners should use when they play Yuumi. The support items can change depending upon the playstyle, match requirements, the ADC in the bottom lane, or future changes to the items.
