With the closed beta launch of the most awaited multiplayer online battle arena game ‘League of Legends: Wild Rift‘ in various regions. Players from all over the world are excited to play the game. With some casual gaming, players are also thrilled about how the ranked system will work in-game. Which will help them to reach the top position in their regions. The developers revealed the game’s ranking system and a few more things. Read the article further to know more about it.
As we all know Wild Rift is the truncated version of the famous MOBA game League of Legends. But the developers have changed many features and perspectives of the game. Starting with the ranking system.
RANKED SYSTEM

It is will have the same tiers as PC version starting from Iron and final league called Challenger. A new tier has been added between Platinum and Diamond named Emerald. To climb through each tier you’ll need to earn a certain number of Marks. A mark can be earned or lose by winning or losing the game. You can progress through Diamond tier and above by the rewards gained by victory points whereas skilled play would be needed to progress through lower tiers.
RANKED MARKS
Wild Rift uses Ranked Marks to measure the progress of players. It helps the players to know the way they are ranked in the game. Importantly, Ranked Marks also help focus on your individual progress as opposed to your position on a ladder. It generates a sense of competition within yourself to reach higher tiers.
According to the developers, when reaching the higher tiers, though, players do want that ranked leaderboard experience. This is why we transition players at Diamond and above over to the Victory Point (VP) system, where the difference of 51.23% win rate and 51.26% win rate really can make all the difference.
The game has not been released worldwide. But the hype amongst the players can already be seen anyway.
