Showmaker

The star mid-laner of Damwon KIA has re-signed with the organization as he plans to look for more wins under this team. Showmaker had a brilliant 2021 season as he was a crucial part of the team which reached the 2021 Worlds Grand Finals.

Canyon

Another reason why Damwon KIA was able to perform so well in the 2021 League season is because of Canyon. His clinical performance in the jungle role always helped the team. He has also decided to re-sign with the organization and play for the 2022 season from this team.

Burdol

Damwon KIA has gotten themselves a new top laner, Burdol. He was a part of the Gen.G roster of 2021. As a young 17-year-old, he is talented fresh blood that Damwon KIA has called in. They will be looking to mold him into a champion-level player as they did with Showmaker.

Deokdam

For the bottom lane carry position, Damwon KIA has gotten Deokdam from Nongshim RedForce. Deokdam has proven his capability by helping his former team, Nongshim RedForce to reach the 3rd, 4th, and 6th rankings in LCK Regional Finals, Summer, and Spring 2021 tournaments respectively.

Kellin

Similar to Deokdam, DWG KIA also got Kellin from Nongshim RedForce. He will be the bottom lane support partner for Deokdam like they were in the previous team. Kellin was also a part of the roster that helped the newly formed Nongshim RedForce to get such good rankings in the 2021 LCK season.

With the new roster, DWG KIA will be looking to rebuild its strategies around the players and look to dominate the LCK and the international League of Legends scene in 2022.
