League of Legends offseason is officially over, where we have seen some major player changes in the rosters with much shocking transfer this year. Spring Season of 2021 League of Legends Champions Korea as known as LCK Spring 2021 is set to start on 13 January 2021. Ten teams will be battling for the massive prize pool of ₩4,000,000,000 KRW (Approx $3,642,271 USD)
LCK Spring 2021 will take place from 13th January to 28th March 2021. LCK offseason has witnessed some big changes in the team as like DragonX’s Deft joined Hanwha Life Esports, DAMWON’s Nuguri joined FunPlus Phoenix. LCK Spring 2021 will see the larger number of academy and rookie players, than ever.
Format of LCK Spring 2021
- Group Stage of LCK Spring 2021 will be played in double round-robin format where all matches will be best of 3 formats. Top 6 teams from Group Stage will qualify for the Playoffs of LCK Spring 2021.
- Playoffs of LCK Spring 2021 will be played in a single-elimination format where all matches will be played in best of 5 formats. Winner of LCK SPRING 2021 will secure a spot in 2021 Mid Season Invitational.
