Well, it’s not called Project BlackBudget, but that’s the codename for the game development project within PUBG Studios. In the financial report issued by KRAFTON.
Krafton has revealed a few key pieces of information about the game and also describes the basic concept of the game. “An ever-changing PvPvE open-world and satisfying gunplay that delivers unpredictable and exciting experiences.” Says PUBG Studios.

In the words of KRAFTON, they are trying to popularize the extraction shooter genre. They have stated that Escape From Tarkov already did it, and when Call of Duty jumped on board with DMZ 2022, the popularization wave peaked somewhat. It was finally introduced to the mainstream gaming community.
The concept of an extraction shooter both in a team or alone is that you have to escape from a large open map. When you enter the map, there will be a lot of tasks like you have to loot, collect resources also kill a few players, then only you can escape the map.
