Keanu Reeves comes back to Cyberpunk 2077 expansion in Phantom Liberty DLC – The long-awaited addition to CD Projekt Red’s science fiction role-playing game is officially known as Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty. A brief teaser trailer for the expansion was released by the studio during today’s reveal webcast, which was mostly concerned with the upcoming Edgerunners anime. The “New United States of America” group is at the center of Phantom Liberty, which introduces fresh characters in a brand-new section of Nighty City.
In order to clarify that his character, Johnny Silverhand, would reappear in the expansion, actor Keanu Reeves also made an appearance on-stream. The dialogue between protagonist V and a new individual (perhaps a leader) from the New United States of America is short and terrifying in the trailer. V makes the oath, “I, V, do solemnly vow that I shall dutifully serve the New United States of America,” receiving Johnny Silverhand’s reprimand. “Taking that oath, you know? awful concept, “Who am I to disagree with Johnny, according to him?
I, V, do solemnly swear that I shall faithfully serve the New United States of America.

Keanu Reeves comes back to Cyberpunk 2077 expansion in Phantom Liberty DLC
“Hey everyone, Johnny Silverhand is coming back and so am I,” Reeves committee after the trailer aired. “Get ready for Phantom Liberty, the upcoming expansion for Cyberpunk 2077. It’s awesome to be back playing the role of Johnny, and I hope you’re excited to see him rocking out once more in the dark future. Keep an eye out for more info, and I’ll see you again in Night City.”
Gabriel Amatangelo, the producer of the Cyberpunk 2077 game, briefly discussed the expansion before the teaser was unveiled. Amatangelo has been concentrating on Phantom Liberty since joining the company in May 2021. We are having a great time with it. “We’re enjoying this new kind of narrative,” Amatangelo stated. “New cast of characters expanding on a district in Night City where it primarily takes place.”
By 2023, Phantom Liberty would launch on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, PC, and Google Stadia. Since CDPR also announced the final significant update for the PS4 and Xbox One during today’s session, the expansion appears to be ignoring last-generation systems.
