In what seemingly appeared to be a permanent ban, that’s no more the case for one of the most controversial and influential streamers of her time.
Early in 2021, Indiefoxx’s hot tub and frequent ASMR streams saw an explosion in fame. More people were watching the contentious streams than ever before thanks to the sudden increase in fame, which included an astonishing gain of over 2 million followers in just one month.

Indiefoxx did, however, encounter her fair share of criticism, leading to more than six bans before receiving an indefinite one, just like other hot tub and ASMR streamers. Later, Indiefoxx would explain why she had been permanently barred from the streaming service, citing a wardrobe malfunction.

Indiefoxx would carry on producing material on her OnlyFans after the ban, while claiming that Twitch was denying her requests for an unban. Twitch has finally reversed its decision, allowing Indiefoxx to broadcast once more almost two years after her removal.
The creator was quite emotional as her ban was finally lifted and expressed the same on her Twitter. “I’m literally crying, holy smokes twitch unbanned me. Thank you @Twitch for the opportunity. I promise I won’t mess this up. I’m literally shaking right now, my heart is pounding so hard I’m so grateful,” she exclaimed.
It is evident that Indiefoxx didn’t expect this to have happened and she is grateful for that. There are speculations that this unban came at a time when Twitch is facing tough competition from other rival platforms, especially Kick at this moment. So it seems that Twitch is trying to gain the confidence of the platforms content creators and is trying to retain them.
