India Qualifiers for World Esports League (WSL) 2021 to Start Soon, Know Schedule and Format: From September 29 to 30, the Esports Federation of India (ESFI) will host the India qualifiers for the World Esports League (WSL) 2021. Technoblood Inc. hosts the World Esports League, which is coordinated by the WSL Organising Committee in collaboration with the International Esports Federation (IESF). The India Qualifiers will be held virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with elite athletes from throughout the country participating and exhibiting their talents and plans.

The event will feature the popular fighting game TEKKEN7 as well as multiplayer online battle arena and third-person hero shooter video game Brawl Stars (3V3). The fighting game Tekken7 will be played in a double-elimination format, while Brawl Stars will be played in a single-elimination format.

“A close-knit fight gaming community in India has enormous potential, as many esports championships in the country demonstrate. Tekken7 has a reputation for being one of the best fighting games, and we’re convinced that esports athletes from all around the country will put on a show of their own.

Brawl Stars is a very popular game among kids aged 16 to 21, and we’ll see some rising superstars emerge as national champions and bring home the gold for our country at the Global Finals. This is an exciting time in Indian esports, and we’re already looking forward to our national qualifiers for WSL ’21 “Mr. Prabhat Kumar stated, Director of Esports Federation of India.

In the post-lockdown age, esports has begun to gain traction alongside mainstream sports, with the Asian Games 2022 already having eight medal events for esports. The World Esports League (WSL), a new chapter in esports tournaments, will see India’s qualifiers represent the country in the WSL 2021 Global Finals in Korea from December 16 to 19.
