Indian Government Cold Response Towards Esports Committee can Hamper India’s efforts in Asian Games 2022
The country does not yet have a national esports federation, according to Mr. Anurag Thakur( Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports). This could affect Indian athletes participating in the 2022 Asian Games. The Indian Olympic Association sends players and teams from India to the Asian Games Organizing Committee, according to Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Anurag Singh Thakur.
