Neuviletter will be a main DPS character of the Hydro element. He will be specializing in dealing damage via his Charged Attacks. Although his Charged Attack takes some time to execute, the action can be shortened by getting Sourcewater Droplets produced when using his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst. It is important to note that Neuvillette sacrifices HP each time he uses his Charged Attack.

What are Neuvilette’s Abilities?
Here are the different abilities of Neuvilette that have been teased:
- Normal and Charged Attack: Neuvillette uses 3 waves of Hydro to attack enemies. His Charged Attack is his strongest ability. It can be cast after a fixed time and allows him to send a massive torrent that deals Hydro damage to opponents in a straight line. While charging and casting the Charged Attack, Neuvillette can hover and move around.
- Elemental Skill: This talent is called O Tears, I Shall Repay. Using it will allow Neuvilette to summon a raging waterfall that deals AoE Hydro damage to enemies in front of him based on his Max HP. After hitting an enemy, this skill will generate 3 Sourcewater Droplets near them.
- Elemental Burst: This skill is called O Tides, I Have Returned. It unleashes waves that deal AoE Hydro damage based on Neuvillette’s Max HP around him. After a short time, 2 waterfalls will descend onto enemies, dealing Hydro damage and generating 6 Sourcewater Droplets within an area in front.
- Passive Talent: Having Neuvilette as a party member increases the entire party’s underwater Sprint Speed by 15 percent. It makes underwater exploration more efficient.
When Neuvillete absorbs the Sourcewater Droplets left behind after using his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst, he gets healed and is Charged Attack damage will increase while also decreasing its charging time. He can absorb only 3 Sourcewater Droplets each time.
