Genshin Impact 3.4 Version Preview: Events
The approaching of the Chinese New Year marks the beginning of the Lantern Rite festival. This year’s festival features a Paper Theatre Performance which is a lovely folk art performance performed by local veteran artisans with the help of travellers and guests from afar. Various mini-games like the “Radiant Sparks”,the latest racing game where players have the ability to become part of a rising fireworks display will also be available during the Lantern Rite Festival. Other mini games include A Few Words In The Foreground, Vigilance at Sea and Behind the Scenes.
Characters Banners
The 3.4 update marks the arrival of two new playable dendro characters. The character banners for 5-star Dendro character Alhaitham and 4-star Dendro character Yaoyao are going to be available in the upcoming update. Hu Tao, Yelan and Xiao are also going to have their banner reruns in the 3.4 update along with their individual weapon reruns. Alhaitham, Yaoyao and Xiao are going to have their reruns in the first phase of the update and Hu Tao and Yelan are going to have theirs in the second phase.
New Map Area
The new map area called the Desert Of Hadramaveth is going to be added to the map of Tevyat. It is located in the northwest of the Sumeru Region. A perpetual gigantic tornado sits in the center of the desert, bringing turbulent storms and buried secrets back to the surface. Players can begin their adventure in this part of the map by following the quest of the “Golden Slumber” with Jeht from the Tanit Camps encountering a magic bottle and going on the search for the Orchard of Pairidaeza, also referred to as the Eternal Oasis by the desert dwellers.
