Now fans are assuming that the worlds of Overwatch and Fortnite could collaborate thanks to the new ‘Hamster Cabbie’ spray, which some players believe is heavily inspired by the Overwatch 2 tank hero Hammond and his Pilot spray. On the official Twitter page of Overwatch, the new Fortnite spray has been seen which is very similar to Wrecking Ball’s Pilot spray.

Wrecking Ball’s Pilot spray has both hamsters in their arms folded and looking dangerous. HYPEX commented from the Fortnite community, “Either Fortnite got a bit too inspired from Overwatch in the new spray, or maybe there’s an upcoming collab with them.” This is all that Fans have come up with they have now started commenting and relating Overwatch 2 with Fortnite.
Still, we don’t have any official announcement regarding the collaboration. Regardless of whether a crossover is on the horizon, the fact that fans are speculating about it highlights the strong influence that both Overwatch and Fortnite have on the gaming community. Both games have passionate fan bases and seeing them come together is sure to be exciting.
