Fortnite X Dragon Ball Super: Son Gohan and Piccolo Power Up make their way to the Island – The v23.20 update in Fortnite marks the return of one of the most exciting collaboration events in Fortnite history, the Fortnite X Dragon Ball event where the characters Son Gohan and Piccolo from the Dragon Ball Super: Superhero movie make their Fortnite debut.

Fortnite X Dragon Ball Super: Son Gohan and Piccolo Power Up make their way to the Island
According to the announcement from Epic Games, Son Gohan comes with Gohan’s Cape Back Bling, Gohan’s Beast Axe Pickaxe, the Capsule No. 576 Glider, and the Charging Up emote to switch to Super Saiyan. Piccolo comes with Piccolo’s Cape and Turban Back Bling, Piccolo’s Demon Symbol Back Bling, Piccolo’s Handheld House Pickaxe, the Red Ribbon Army Aircraft Glider, and his own Charging Up emote that turns him into the Power Awakening version.
Event Item Drops
The Kamehameha Attack item and the Nimbus Cloud(Kintoun) will drop from the sky in the form of capsules through the battle royale match. The Kamehameha item will allow the players to launch a devastating attack and the Nimbus Cloud will allow the players to fly through the Island by riding it. The drops will increase as the storm closes and the game would often ends in anime-like battles.
Dragon Ball Island Returns
In the v23.30 update, the Dragon Ball is also returning, and with it comes the iconic locations from the Dragon Ball anime including Goku’s house, Kami’s Palace, the Room of Spirit and Time, and Beerus’s Planet. Starting January 31 at 9 AM ET, complete a Dragon Ball-themed Weekly Quest on this island to unlock the Gohan Beast Spray. And starting at 9 AM ET on February 7, complete another Dragon Ball-themed Weekly Quest to unlock the Orange Piccolo Spray! Dragon Ball Adventure Island can be accessed from either the Discover screen or island code 5642-8525-5429. At any time, the players can test their power in the Tenkaichi Budokai, the open PVP Arena.
