Fnatic also uses the unveiling of this new special Worlds 2021 jersey to (again) introduce their new sponsor: ASOS. As of September 24, Fnatic has teamed with ASOS, a clothing company, and e-commerce behemoth, to become the European team’s lifestyle partner. The actual value of this collaboration is unknown, however, it is for this reason why the ASOS logo appears right in the center of the new Fnatic jersey, where the team’s name previously resided.
The League of Legends World Championship 2021 is all set to take place with 22 teams participating from 12 different regions, that qualified for the tournament. The Worlds 2021 tournament is no longer going to be played in China due to the covid-19 delta variant’s threat and travel restrictions in the country. Hence, it has shifted the location to Europe which seems like the only feasible and safe option to organize the tournament this year.
