ESL DOTA2 Announces ESL One Germany Featuring $400,000 Prizepool

World’s Biggest event organiser company ESL  is back with a new Dota 2 Tournament for the players of Europe and CIS Region. Dota 2 Division of ESL has announced ESL ONE GERMANY Powered by Intel to be held from October 5th to November 1st. ESL ONE GERMANY will feature 16 teams from Europe and CIS region to battle for a prize pool of $400,000.

  • Team Liquid
  • Alliance
  • Team Nigma

  • Natus Vincere

Five years ago ESL One has started their journey of Dota 2 action. ESL ONE series had thousands of fans and greatest Dota2 memories. Looking back into some old facts then we found the world’s first DPS MAJOR was won by and Team Secret has won trophies in 2017 and 2018 respectively.


Total 16 Teams will play the matches in Swiss Format in a Best of 5 matches. Teams who will win 3 matches would proceed to Playoffs, total 8 teams will proceed to Playoffs. Playoffs will be in a double-elimination format with best of 3 matches. Grand Finals of ESL ONE GERMANY will be in best of 5 matches.
