As stated earlier, the E3 Business Days will begin on Tuesday, June 13 until Thursday, June 15. During these days, only registered industry professionals and media personnel will get behind-the-scenes looks at upcoming games.

On the other hand, the E3 Gamer Days will be held on Thursday, June 15, and Friday, June 16. It will be hosted in a different hall where the public will get to experience the upcoming gaming titles.

The E3 Gamer Days will provide a better “chance to connect with developers, content creators, media personalities and more”. There will also be some “partnered digital events” that will be taking place starting June 11, 2023.

E3’s recent history

Fans have missed the true E3 experience since 2019. The organizers had to scrap the event in 2020 due to the ongoing pandemic. We saw an online event being held in 2021 and any hopes of an E3 2022 went up in flames when the event was eventually canceled outright.

To compensate for this cancellation, Geoff Keighley’s Summer Game Fest announced over 30 partners for the event. It showcased upcoming games and projects of a lot of notable studios like 2K, Capcom, Sega, Bandai Namco, Warner Bros, Activision, and Square Enix.
