Dr Disrespect reflects upon his lost partnership with the Call of Duty franchise – One of the most popular gaming streamers, Dr Disrespect has revealed the reason behind his falling relationship with the publisher of the Call of Duty franchise, Activision. Recently, during an Apex Legends stream, he explained why he lost his Call of Duty partnership.
The streaming star has amassed more than four million Twitch followers and is best known for playing battle royale video games including H1Z1, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Black Ops 4: Blackout, Call of Duty: Warzone, Apex Legends, and Fortnite. Though he enjoys playing and streaming many games, Call of Duty Warzone, in particular, he never minces his words while criticizing the flaws in the game.

According to Dr Disrespect, the publisher no longer wants to collaborate with the streamer since the latter “talks too much trash about Call of Duty.” He noted, “It makes me think: I mean, how many people talk trash about Call of Duty? How many times have I complimented the game? How long have I been working with the franchise? For years and years and years.”
Doc discussed his habit to lash out at many of the largest games available right now, saying he only criticizes out of love. However, the streamer considers it unjust that voicing his opinion appears to be the cause of the collapse of their partnership.
“When I’m sitting there and I’m ripping Call of Duty apart, I’m shredding them… It’s because I love Call of Duty and I want it to be the best. A lot of people don’t get that.” He further continued, “I’ve done it just because I passionately love the game and I ain’t changing nothing. I ain’t changing how I feel. What, am I supposed to completely sell out my whole soul? Hell no, man. I say how it is.”
As of now, it appears Dr’s relationship with the gaming franchise has taken a turn in terms of collaboration. But he isn’t ready to give up on the game and will continue to play and stream it.
