With the recent release of Kick’s mobile app, there is more buzz than ever that prominent broadcasters will start leaving Twitch. One, in particular, is eagerly anticipated by the audience.
“Hey Doctor, are you going to Kick?” Dr Disrespect read from a donation on stream. “Shut the f**k up! Stop asking.” And then, after a long pause, the Doc finally left his fans with an open-ended answer, “I’ll let you know”.

Adin Ross hinted that a “superstar” broadcaster would join Kick, prompting a flurry of rumors that Dr Disrespect would be the next to sign up. Now there’s no telling if the streaming star who had already changed platforms in the past in pursuit of a better option might end up moving to Kick.
While Doc’s outburst may suggest that he is tired of the question, it is still possible that he will switch to the new streaming service rather than continue to stream his gameplay on YouTube. This would be a huge addition for the start-up, which claims to offer streamers a better revenue share than Twitch currently does.
