Check out the latest details regarding the tickets for the DOTA 2 The International 2022 – The DOTA 2 International is not only the largest competitive esports event of the game, but it also features the world’s highest amount of money as the prize pool for any esports tournament. Last year, Team Spirit was the winning team who claimed the Aegis of Champions and walked away with about $18 million out of the $40 million total prize pool.
This year, The International 2022 is set to commence on Oct. 8 (preliminaries) and the finals will be held on Oct. 30. It will be for the first time that the main event is played out in two different venues. The main stage playoffs will be held at the SunTec Singapore followed by the Finals at Singapore Indoor Stadium. The total prize pool of the event is expected to be higher than last year’s, some estimate it to reach $45 million.

With The International being just two months away, Valve has finally decided to start the sale of tickets for the event on Aug. 13. All the available tickets will be sold in a single wave. The sale will begin at 10 am SGT or 7.30 am IST, and each customer can purchase up to a limit of 5 tickets for each date.

DOTA 2 The International 2022: Tickets
While the ones purchasing tickets from within Singapore will have the option for courier delivery or will-call pickup, others must pick up their tickets at will-call only.
The entire DOTA 2 event has been split into two separate sections. The Playoffs will be held from Oct. 20 – 23 and they will feature the top sixteen teams in the DOTA Pro Circuit. These teams will compete with each other to advance and qualify for the Finals. This part of the tournament will be held at the Suntec Convention Center in Singapore. The tickets will be sold for the four days separately for a price of $88 SGD or near about 5,000 INR each.
In the Finals of the tournament, the four qualified teams will compete to prove themselves worthy of claiming this year’s Aegis of Champions. The Finals will be held Oct. 29 – 30 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. The tickets will be available for $498 SGD or near about 28,700 INR. Purchasing a single ticket will allow the customer entrance for both days.
