CS2 Premier Mode Leaderboard and Release Date details revealed – Players are excited for the release of Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) in September 2023. Today, more CS2 leaks surfaced that talked about the player’s leaderboard that will be available in the upcoming Premier Mode. Let’s take a look at all the details.

Counter-Strike 2 Premier Mode Leaderboards
According to leaks, the upcoming Premier Mode in Counter-Strike 2 will have a leaderboard that will be categorized in 4 categories:
- Global
- Region – Players can select the region in which they play (for e.g. North America, Asia, etc.)
- Country – Players can select the country from where they play (for e.g. USA, India, China, etc.)
- Friends
CS2 – Premier Mode Leaderboards 📈
In the upcoming Premier Mode, the leaderboard will be classified into 4 categories:
🌐Global
🌎Region (North America)
🇺🇸 Country (United States)
👥Friends
For now, 4 seasons are added to the Leaderboard Menu and they are –

Players can sort and refresh the Premier Mode Leaderboard according to these categories. The Leaderboard Menu will also have 4 seasons added onto it.
- Limited Test/Beta Season
- 2023 Fall: From Sept. 23 to Dec. 22
- 2024 Spring: From March 20 to June 21
- 2024 Fall: From Sept. 22 to Dec. 21
Counter-Strike 2 Release Date
On Aug. 7, the G2 Esports won the IEM Cologne tournament, defeating ENCE in the Grand Finals. The official ESL Twitter announcement indicated that IEM Cologne is the last big CS:GO tournament. Hence as per the leaked information, we can speculate Counter-Strike 2 will be released globally on Sept. 23 2023.
CS2 is currently running its Beta Test and the developers have been constantly updating the game to smoothen out the gameplay experience while preparing for its release.
It’s been quite a few months since Valve teased Counter-Strike 2. While the beta was announced and launched in March 2023, and many players have not gotten access to it. Hence, they are eagerly anticipating CS2’s release since the developers announced the game to go live in Summer 2023.
