The leading esports team in Europe, Team Vitality has signed Crownshot for their LEC 2021 lineup. The 22 years old League of Legends player found a new home for the 2021 season.
On November 2020, Crownshot left SK Gaming after playing for them at LEC Summer 2020. After his stint with SK Gaming ended, Crownshot was looking for new opportunities for 2021 season but at the end, he announced the lack to find an organization for 2021 season in the LEC or LCS during the offseason. Earlier this year, Crownshot joined Korean esports organization as the streamer along with the multiple well-known former professional players and media influencers who joined Gen.G as the content creators.
After spending a few months out of competitive League of Legends scene, Crownshot finally found a team where he is set to be ADC for the 2021 LEC Spring Split.
VITALITY ANNOUNCEMENT
“We are adding Crownshot to our LEC team, effective immediately. We felt a strong voice was needed to lead our team on the Rift and found in Crownshot a good match. He will start in the AD carry position on Friday. Despite the arrival of Crownshot, we still want to renew our confidence in Comp. We have no doubt about his potential and he will keep training hard to make things work, therefore being able to offer the coaching staff a possibility to take strategic decisions in the future. ”
As we can see, Team Vitality has been struggling during the first few weeks of 2021 League of Legends European Championship Spring Split. They secured only one win in week one against Misfits. Though the team has underperformed in all games but Vitality’s previous AD Carry, secured a good amount of kills with 1.8 KDA.
You can watch Crownshot in action in the upcoming weeks of 2021 LEC Spring Split which returns on Friday, February 12.
