COD Mobile Season 8, 2nd Anniversary Patch Notes: Everything announced in the latest patch notes. Season 7 of Call of Duty, which is the ‘Elite of the Elite’, is live now and will end in two days, that is the 23rd of September, 2021. With this, the new season will drop in the game. The upcoming season will be full of new features and content like exciting events, a new battle pass, and more. COD Mobile Season 8 2nd Anniversary is expected to launch soon, as we already know that COD mobile was launched on October 1st, 2019. Therefore, it might launch on the first of October celebrating its Anniversary.

It has been officially revealed by COD Mobile that with the end of season 7, the new season will launch giving the date of 23rd September. The new season will be live in the early morning from 8:00 AM IST. It is confirmed that the developers of COD Mobile will introduce the franchise’s first BR Map, Blackout in COD Mobile. This map is known as the largest map of any COD title including Nuketown, Estate, and many more locations. Moreover, the Crash map is revamped and optimization of graphics and performance is better now. COD mobile is going to introduce new features like Counterattack- a new theme, Anniversary Cake event, new PP-Bizon 19 weapon, PMC in the 2nd Anniversary of season 8. New characters and weapons blueprints are also going to drop.

Crash remastered

Call of Duty Mobile to launch the remastered version of Crash Multiplayer map. Game colorization and graphics up-gradation are to be seen on this map.

Havoc Sawmill

This map also has been spotted by many in the Modern Warfare title. The map is also going to be added in Multiplayer mode.

BATTLE ROYALE

New Map – Blackout

Blackout has arrived (soon). The original classic BR map from Black Ops 4 is now available on COD: Mobile! It is now available right now on update launch but will be available alongside Season 8.

New Scorestreak: Lighting Strike

The ability of this scorestreak is that it will rapidly drop bombs with the help of the jets on three selected locations. This will help to secure the kill and will be quite difficult for the enemy to escape from the strike.

New operator skill; TAK-5

The ability of TAK-5 is that it will provide the players and their allies extra 50% HP when in use.

New Perk- Iron Lungs

The ability of this is that when used it will steady the player when sniper rifle’s scope in from 4 to 9 seconds. It will help the players to stay steady when scoping in a sniper rifle.

Characters coming in Season 8

The developers will add some new characters in the game like Velikan- Vovacin Ash, Alias- Battleworn. Which will make the game’s character look more dashing. It is also revealed that General Shepherd may be added to the game in season 8.

Weapons coming in Season 8

Some new weapons like the R9-0 Shotgun, M13 AR are going to drop in the next season.

Season Challenge

There will be a lot of new seasonal challenges coming in the game, including lucky draws, a mythic weapon skin, and more. This time developers are going to feature an improved battle pass and a new BR ranking system. A new weapon looting system, new health, and armor system and improved vehicle systems are also to be added in the upcoming season.

New Rank System to come in COD Mobile Season 8

Call of Duty Mobile Season 8 is going to add a new rank System in both BR and MP mode in the game, that is the Grandmaster. This tier is placed in between Master and Legendary. Now players will have to spend more time in the game to reach the Legendary tier. Although this addition will make the game tougher because the player will have to secure 8001 to reach legendary.
