You need 6 Legendary medals and 4 confidential tokens to be eligible to unlock a crate. It will be released in season 11 ranked season 8, containing free Legendary DRH black flower, so if you have 4 legendary medals, then try to reach Legendary in Battle Royale and Multiplayer in this season. If you reach Legendary rank in this season then you will get 2 extra legendary medals, after earning medals the total will be 6 medals after that you will be eligible for the KUROHANA crate. KUROHANA weapon crate will be live on season 11.
