In the Upper Bracket, players fought to advance and have a chance to get directly into the grand finals. CRL 2022 World Finals Day 2: Upper Bracket Round 2
CAL SANDBOX VS SWEEP
The day began with Cal Sandbox showcasing a dominant performance. He “clean swept” Sweep by 2-0 to advance further in the upper bracket.
LUCASXGAMER VS SAMUEL BASSOTTO
Samuel Bassotto’s momentum in the tournament continues as he made short work of his opponent on Day 2. He defeated LucasXGamer by 2-0 with his clinical plays.
SK MORTEN VS MUGI
Despite putting up a tough fight, Mugi lost to SK Morten in the upper bracket. Morten defeated the CRL 2021 world champions by 2-1 and kicked him into the lower bracket.
KK VS AIRSURFER
While KK started on a strong note with a win, Airsurfer made a comeback to win the match by 2-1.

The winners of these four matches advance into the Upper Bracket Semis and will fight each other there tomorrow (Day 3). The losers had to compete in Lower Bracket to stay alive and advance further in the CRL 2022 tournament.

KK VS HMBLE KEEF
Hmble Keef dominated KK to register a clean 2-0 victory and advance further in the Lower Bracket.
MUGI VS CARL DOMINIK
Mugi was able to recover from his previous loss in the upper bracket in this match. He picked up a 2-0 win over Carl Dominik here.
LUCASXGAMER VS CMG VITOR75
While both players fought tooth-and-nail against each other, it was CMG Vitor75 who had the last laugh. He eliminated LucasxGamer by beating him 2-1.
SWEEP VS MOHAMED LIGHT
Mohamed Light was able to “sweep” Sweep by 2-0 to advance his journey in the Lower Bracket.
The winners of this Lower Bracket Round 2 advanced into Round 3 and competed against one another. Unfortunately, the losing players were eliminated from the tournament.

HMBLE KEEF VS MUGI
Hmble Keef’s impressive run in the Lower Bracket was finally halted by Mugi. The CRL 2021 world champion won the match by 2-0 and eliminated Keef from this year’s World Finals run.
CMG VITOR75 VS MOHAMED LIGHT
Similar to Mugi, the CRL 2021 runner-up also registered a quick 2-0 victory over CMG Vitor75.

Both Mugi and Mohamed Light have now advanced into the Lower Bracket Round 4 where they will face the losers from the Upper Bracket Semis. After their loss, Vitor and Keef become the last two players who have been eliminated from Clash Royale League 2022 World Finals Day 2.
