BLAST Premier World Final 2021: Team Liquid and Natus Vincere win their respective series in the Lower Bracket. It was Day 4 of the BLAST Premier World Final 2021 and fans got to watch two exciting matchups in the Lower Bracket. It was Natus Vincere against G2 Esports and Team Liquid vs Astralis. While NAVI won over G2 unsurprisingly, it was Team Liquid’s 2-0 win over Astralis that amazed everyone. Here is how everything went down on Day 4 of the BLAST Premier World Final 2021.

  1. The first map was Nuke and NAVI started on the T side, while G2 was on CT. In the first half, G2 barely managed to get a one-round lead over NAVI with an 8-7 round score. The second half was NAVI’s as they got a 9-6 score over G2 esports. With a 16-14 round score, Natus Vincere won in Nuke.
  2. Inferno was the second map and G2 started on the T side while NAVI had the CT side. In the first half, NAVI was able to get a good round lead of 9-6 over G2. The second half, saw G2 make a comeback with their own 9-6 round score to force overtime. In the overtime, it was G2 who triumphed and won Inferno even though NAVI fought hard.
  3. The third map was Mirage and NAVI started on the CT side while G2 was on T. NAVI showed a dominant performance in this map as they got an 11-4 score against G2 in the first half. They continued their momentum in the second half and won 5 continuous rounds to take Mirage with a 16-4 round score.

Natus Vincere will now move further in the Lower Bracket Round 3 after this 2-1 series win. They will face off against Team Liquid there. For G2 Esports, their journey in the BLAST Premier World Final 2021 ends here.

  1. The first map was Dust 2 and Astralis started on the T side, with Liquid being on CT. Liquid showed a dominant performance in the first half by getting a massive 12-3 round score lead over Astralis. Astralis tried to bounce back in the second half, but Liquid ended the game with a 4-6 round score and winning Dust 2.
  2. In the second map Mirage, Astralis started with CT while Liquid was on T. The first half was quite close as Astralis only got only a 1 round lead with an 8-7 score. Liquid bounced back in the second half by winning 9 rounds against Astralis’s 5 rounds. Thus, with a 16-13 total, Team Liquid also won Mirage.

With a 2-0 series win, Team Liquid will now move to the Lower Bracket Round 3 where they will face Natus Vincere. Astralis get eliminated from the tournament with this loss.
