Blast Premier has announced the qualifiers round of Blast Premier Spring Showdown 2021 for multiple countries. Qualifiers of Blast Premier Spring Showdown will be starting from 19 March 2021.
Qualifiers will take place across 20 countries where more than 1,500 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams will participate. These teams have the opportunity to grab a place at Spring Showdown playoffs. A total of five places are there for grab through open qualifiers of Blast Premier Spring Showdown 2021.
Andrew Haworth, Commissioner for Blast Premier said: “This expanded qualifying circuit reaffirms our commitment to offering a Counter-Strike tournament series that gives a wide range of teams opportunities to succeed with over 1,500 teams getting a chance to progress through to BLAST Premier Spring Showdown and compete against the world’s elite on a global stage. With more qualifiers to be announced for both the Spring and Fall seasons, we’re looking to create a tournament that every team in the world has a chance to compete in and possibly even win.”
There are so many countries around the world who wasn’t getting the opportunity to participate in big events. BLAST Premier are putting a spotlight on these countries. BLAST PREMIER has partnered with five organizers to deliver the qualifiers to everyone. With these qualifiers, teams got the opportunity in Spring Showdown as well as a chance to qualify for World Finals. Blast Premier World Finals will take place in December 2021.
According to the announcement of Blast Premier, there will be 40 teams directly invited to finals of qualifiers across all 5 events. In the Qualifiers, each regional partners will host three days tournament with final 8 teams of that region. Let’s take a look at all five events of the Blast Premier Qualifying series.
- March 19-21 :- Latin Power by FiReSPORTS (Latam America)
- March 22-24 :- Unity Cup by LVP/RTP Arena (Iberia)
- March 23-25 :- Fantasyexpo Cup (Western Europe)
- March 26-28 :- North American Qualifier (USA & Canada)
- March 26-28 :- Nordic Masters (Nordic)
Teams who will qualify for the Blast Premier Spring Showdown from the qualifying series need an investment. They need to invest $25,000 into growth and development of their organization otherwise they can’t participate in the event. More announcement related to Qualifiers will be released soon.
