In an Instagram story, Animesh Agarwal aka 8bit_Thug explained the issues, mentioning ” It is nothing to do with the Ban. KRAFTON is figuring out the issue. It’s a tech issue.” He further said, “Gamers might not inventory section even if they log in successfully. But their inventory is completely safe. ”
Soon after this statement, 8bit_Goldy clarified the issue in a seperate Instagram story. He adviced users not to log out from their Facebook accounts. Here’s what he has to say, ” If you log out from Facebook and try log in through it might show that you are unauthorized to log in through this app. It doesn’t mean a game bug. It’s a Facebook side issue. ”
” Don’t panic if you log in through an alternative route and your inventory is missing. It’s completely safe. It’s better not to log out if you are logged in through Facebook, ” said Goldy.
These statements will certainly make the fans understand the mentioned issues. As of now, KRAFTON is yet to put out any statement related to unban. Hence, users should wait for the official statement before jumping to a conclusion.
