To put esports at the centre of sports, Star Sports, the nation’s main sports broadcaster, and NODWIN Gaming, one of the best esports organisations in the world, have teamed up. From June 24 to July 17, 2022, the Masters Series competition for BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI) will be held. Opening Week 1 (24th- 26th June 2022)
24 teams will be divided into three groups and will compete in a round-robin format. Each group will play 12 round-robin matches.

Week 2 Qualifiers (27th – 30th June 2022)
24 teams will be divided into three groups and will compete in a round-robin format. Each group will play 12 round-robin matches. The top 16 teams will advance to the Weekly finals.

Week 2 Finals (1st – 3rd July 2022)
Over the course of three days, 16 teams will compete in 12 matches.

Week 3 Qualifiers (4th -7th July 2022)
24 teams will be divided into three groups and will compete in a round-robin format. Each group will play 12 round-robin matches. The top 16 teams will advance to the weekly finals.

Week 3 Finals (8th – 10th July 2022)
16 teams will play a total of 12 matches over a period of three days. The top 16 teams with the most cumulative weekly finals points (including opening week points) will advance to the Grand Finals.

Grand Finals (Week 4): 13th-17th July 2022
The top 16 teams will compete in 20 matches over the course of five days.
When and Where to Watch:
From June 24 through July 17, 2022, Star Sports will broadcast the BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI) Masters Series competition in Hindi, Tamil, and English, exposing esports to a larger audience. From the NODWIN Studios in New Delhi, which were created especially for massive esports competitions, the competition will be televised LIVE on Star Sports 2. A huge INR 1.5 crore prize pool will be up for grabs among the contending teams.
