BGIS 2021 Semi-Finals Overview: Teams, Format and Much More: The Quarter Finals of Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021 has finally finished. All the 64 teams performed very well. However, In the end, only 24 of them qualified. Nevertheless, with the end of the Quarterfinals, the teams are getting ready for the Semi-Finals of BGIS 2021. And the Semi-Finals will be taking place from the 7th of January (today) till the 10th of January. This article will provide you with all the information you need about the BGIS 2021 Semi-Finals.

Out of the 64 teams that took part in the quarterfinals, only 24 teams moved on to the semi-finals. In the Semi-Finals the two teams will be divided into 3 different groups with 8 teams. Each group will fight against the other in a round-robin format. That means that each group will play 8 round Robins in total. And out of the 24 teams that will compete, only 16 teams will be qualified for the finals.

The semifinals will be taking place from the 6th of January to the 10th of January, 2021. That said, let’s take a look at all the 24 teams that will be competing in the semi-finals.

These are all the teams that will be fighting in the BGIS 2021 Semi-finals. The BGIS 2021 is having a huge prize pool of 1,00,00,000 INR that will be spread amongst the teams accurately. The audience can look forward to seeing a lot of amazing matches in the semi-finals. Moreover, a lot of underdog teams have also started to shine so it will be fun to witness who’ll be qualifying for the BGIS 2021 Finals.

There has also been a heartbreaking incident in the BGIS 2021. Recently, a team named 4Heroes has been disqualified as they have violated the 3.2, 6.2.4, and 2.1.2 rules of the BGIS rulebook. And as a result, they have been disqualified from the tournament. And instead of them, the famous team SouL have made their way into the semi-finals. This is undoubtedly a very heartbreaking moment for all the fans who were rooting for team 4Heros.
