In Battlegrounds Mobile India(BGMI) players are unable to download resource packs, and matchmaking is only available in Erangel and Arcade modes.
As a result, gamers are unable to access all maps and game types, as well as download extra files. These difficulties, however, are now being investigated and are expected to be rectified soon. The game issued its official statement after acknowledging the problem.
On their official Instagram handle, they posted:
“Dear BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA players,

We’ve identified an issue where resources cannot be downloaded and matched except Erangel and Arcade mode.
We are currently trying to determine the cause of this problem and will announce you further if the problem is resolved.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you”

This is not the first time when BGMI acknowledged problems faced by fans. In early Beta access of BGMI, fans were complaining of higher UC Prices. Afterward, the UC prices modified by BGMI, according to Krafton’s official Instagram and website. The battle royale game verified the announcement after taking into account user comments during early access. It also mentioned that the UC buying price for the early access version is more than the international version.
In between all of these, BGMI surrounded by a big dilemma of data security and sharing. According to the IGN report, data from The game (BGMI) is sent to China Mobile Communications in Beijing, Tencent’s Proxima Beta in Hong Kong, and Microsoft Azure servers in Mumbai, Moscow, and the United States.
