Apex Legends Global Series will feature three regional LAN tournaments during the year: Split 1 Playoffs next winter, Split 2 Playoffs in the spring, and finally the Year 3 Championships in the summer. In addition, the organizers added a regional final. The final day of the regular season split the top 20 teams against each other in the Match Point Series. The winner earns a spot in the playoffs.
The Challenger circuit will also get a treat. In Year 3, the winning team from each Challenger Split 1 automatically qualifies for the Split 2 Pro League Qualifier, and the winning team from each Split 2 automatically qualifies for the Last Chance Qualifier in the Apex Legends Global Series Championship.
