Apex Legends Global Series Championship 2021 is the biggest Apex Legends tournament of the year. The event is featuring prize pool of $1 million USD which might be increased to $3 million USD in the coming time. Here is everything you need to know about the event.
OVERVIEW AND SCHEDULE
The original Apex Legends Global Series was set to be held on March 2020 but due to pandemic effect of Covid-19, the event got postponed. The new ALGS Championship is the conclusion of that series where there will be no main event just the regional championship. Event is taking place from 22nd May to 13th June 2021. Teams will participate in the Group Stage in their respective region. Once the Group Stage concludes, finals will take place with a total of 20 teams. Here are the dates of the finals.
- APAC South Finals – 5th June 2021
- South America Finals –Â 5th June 2021
- APAC North Finals – 6th June 2021
- North America Finals – 12th June 2021
- EMEA Finals – 13th June 2021

The event features different prize pool for different regions. While the event originally features $1,000,000 USD prize pool but after crowdfunding the prizepool increased got to $3,000,000 USD.
