Andrew Tate Release Update: Fifth appeal of Andrew Tate for release got rejected- Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan, were arrested by Romanian authorities at the end of 2022. They were arrested on the charges of rape, suspicion of human trafficking, and forming an organized crime group. Along with them, two females were also got arrested and their compound, vehicles, and other assets were seized.

They have tried various attempts to get released earlier but remained in the custody. On 27th February, when the last time they appealed, were also got detained. Andrew is also going through some health problems, due to which he was taken to the hospital. After that, he was granted another hearing on the 14th of march.
As per the reports, Andrew asked for an early release from Romania, where Andrew’s coming out on the 14th of march and Tristan’s on the 15th of march. But according to the latest judgment Andrew’s appeal got rejected and have to remain detained until the 29th of march at the earliest.
“The court rejects the request to replace the measure of preventive arrest with the measure of judicial control on bail formulated by the defendant TEA as inadmissible in principle. With the right of appeal within 48 hours of communication,” a judge told the Romanian outlet Libertatea.
According to other resources, it is confirmed that Andrew’s lawyers will again appeal for early release. As of now Tristan and Andrew are likely to remain under custody until the end of the month.
