After the Twitch hate raid incident, Jidion announces collaboration with Pokimane- Nearly a month after orchestrating a hate raid on her that resulted in his permanent ban from Twitch, popular streamer Pokimane is launching a collaboration with fellow broadcaster Jidion. Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys’ Twitch stream was forced to cease early on January 13 because followers of fellow broadcaster Jidion began spamming her chat and abusing her viewers on his orders.
The controversy continued to intensify when Anys reported that she was receiving abusive and inappropriate messages on all of her social media sites. Jidion was permanently banned from Twitch as a result of the incident. Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins, who claimed during a stream that he’d contacted his Twitch reps in an attempt to overturn Jidion’s ban, also threatened Anys with legal action.

Jidion has now apologized for the hate raid and attempted to disassociate himself from Pokimane’s continuous abuse. Over the last week or two, things have been quite quiet on this front… Until February 3, when Jidion sent out an unexpected Tweet.
During his Twitter post, Jindolon posted a photo of him eating McDonald’s with Pokimane, and he asked his followers to submit any questions they might have for the two of them.

Jidion then went live on Instagram to give an update on the situation in a brief video. Fans’ questions would be answered in “three to five weeks,” according to the streamer, who added that it would only take him a “minute to broadcast the video.”

He went on to say, “I don’t like beef.” “I’m a chill dude.” That’s all I have to say about it… If you have a disagreement with someone, you can always work things out. That’s all I have to say.”
Pokimane herself weighed in on the unexpected change of events, making a witty reference to Jidion’s initial Twitch ban message from January. It’s unknown if these streamers have anything planned beyond their impending Q&A session, but it’s certainly throwing the internet for a loop, as many thought they’d never find common ground following what happened last month.
Apart from her funny tweet, Pokimane hasn’t said much about her surprise collaboration with Jidion, but she’s probably busy planning the big announcement of her future streaming platform after confirming that her exclusive Twitch deal is coming to an end.
