Adin Ross Twitch Ban: Popular Kick Streamer unveils the truth behind his permanent Twitch ban – Adin Ross, a prominent content creator on Kick, has been embroiled in controversy following his permanent ban from Twitch. Initially claiming it was for “no reason,” he has now revealed the truth behind his ban during a recent appearance on the Full Send podcast. Ross sheds light on the incident and shares his frustrations with Twitch’s decision.
After much speculation and conflicting statements, Adin Ross finally admits that his ban on Twitch was not without cause. He disclosed that the ban was a result of an on-stream incident involving his Kick chat box being displayed in the top right corner of his Twitch stream.
Ross pointed out the irony of Twitch’s actions, stating that the platform is known for inconsistent moderation. Some streamers get away with wild behavior, while others, like himself, face severe consequences for relatively minor infractions.
Adin questioned the platform’s decision to target him for a Kick Chat overlay, especially considering that derogatory language is frequently seen in various streamers’ chats without similar repercussions.
Adin Ross expressed his frustration with Twitch, branding their decision as “petty.” According to him, the mere presence of a Kick chat overlay during his Twitch stream led to the ban. He believes that Twitch’s actions were an overreaction and that the platform was trying to make an example out of him due to his involvement with Kick.
“It was a Kick chat overlay on my Twitch stream,” Adin said. “And they’re obviously like, ‘Oh he’s streaming on Kick.’ And there are slurs being typed in the chat. So they’re like ‘f*ck it.’ They’re just being petty.”
The ban has intensified the tension between Adin Ross and Twitch. Ross’ outspoken criticism of the platform’s double standards and the severity of his ban has further strained their relationship. His revelation about the reason for his permanent Twitch ban brings clarity to the controversy that has surrounded him.
While the streamer has admitted to an on-stream incident involving an unmoderated Kick chat overlay, he questions Twitch’s motives and consistency in enforcing their moderation policies.
