All the details regarding the upcoming 2022 LEC Summer Playoffs – After eight grueling weeks of the 2022 LEC Summer Split group stage, we are finally into the next stage of the tournament, the playoffs. From tiebreaker matches to multiple teams contesting for the same rankings, fans got to see a lot of action in the regular season.

A lot of things are on the line in the playoffs bracket. Apart from winning the championship, the qualifying spots for Worlds 2022 are also at stake. Here is an overview of the next stage of the tournament.

The teams that have qualified for the playoffs are:

Prizes

The team that wins the grand finals of the 2022 LEC Summer Split will receive $82,539. The runner-up team will receive $51,587, the second runner-up $30,952, and the fourth team will get $20,634 in prize money. The fifth ranking team will receive $12,896 while the sixth ranking team will get $7,738.

Apart from the title and the reward money, the qualifying spots for the Worlds 2022 tournament will be also up for grabs. Only the top four teams will be rewarded these spots.

Schedule

The playoffs bracket will begin on Aug. 26 and the grand finals will be held on Sept. 11. This bracket will have a double elimination format and all matches between the teams will be best-of-five series.

The first match of the 2022 LEC Summer playoffs will be between Rogue and MAD Lions. Here is the detailed roadmap of the bracket.
