100 Thieves CEO Nadeshot dismisses all of Froste’s allegations after being called out for exploitation – Soon after the former 100 Thieves streamer and founder of The Mob, ‘Froste’, detailed the exploitations that he and his friends faced during their time at the esports organization, 100 Thieves CEO Nadeshot came with his side of the story. In addition to responding to Froste’s assertions about what went wrong, Nadeshot offered his viewpoint on how The Mob’s involvement with his company developed.
Former 100 Thieves streamer Froste’s tweets went viral after he posted about the organization’s misconduct during their time together, and how he misses ‘The Mob house’. He notes in one of his several tweets that their monthly salary, after taxes, was just $1,650. However, with their arrangement, they were forced to live in pricey homes that cost $2,500 per month to rent. This implied that their income was actually below what it took to pay for housing. He also spoke on how the shortage of money forced them to skip meals.
After the tweets spread like wildfire, CEO Matthew “Nadeshot” appeared live on Twitch to deny all of the claims that Froste had made. Nadeshot criticized a number of Froste’s individual tweets, claiming that the organization tried to work with The Mob members to make things work, including assisting them in finding homes they could afford with their given salary. However, in the end, the relationship didn’t work because of conflicting expectations on both sides.

100 Thieves CEO Nadeshot dismisses all of Froste’s allegations after being called out for exploitation
Froste claimed in his tweet that 100 Thieves was keeping a sizable portion of the money—roughly 95%, which is one of the most damaging allegations against the esports organizations. To this Nade responded by saying, “I have an email that the key terms of these deals that we bring to The Mob. We would retain 85% of the revenue. We did three deals for them. Two of the three deals they took home 65% of the revenue.”
Nadeshot also pointed out how Froste and his group weren’t showing satisfactory work results. “We would have brought them more partnerships. But the partnerships we brought them, they didn’t deliver on it. We had to have people go over to their houses to ensure they got it done. We had to make sure that they tweeted it. And then we almost ruined relationships with our partners because The Mob wasn’t delivering,” Nade said accusing the group.
After this, Froste tweeted out to inform his audience that he would address Nade’s claims in his upcoming stream. There have been a lot of allegations coming from both sides, however, fans have to wait to see how the drama unfolds.
